Cheyenne Business Liaison

Use your professional networks and negotiation skills to make a dramatic and lasting impact on the lives of Cheyenne families by securing jobs for low-income single moms in our community. The ideal candidate is an experienced collaborator who can spot local workforce needs, develop industry trainings, place participants in jobs, and work with participants to get ready for and sustain careers.

ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING

Climb Wyoming’s mission is to help low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families overcome poverty, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model also include skills that ensure participants maintain successful relationships on the job and far into the future.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Some exposure to a low-income population is a plus

MORE DETAILS

• This position will report to the Cheyenne Program Director
• This is a full-time 40-hour per-week position with a salary range starting at 60,000 + benefits
• The position will close on October 4^th
