Seton House is a non-profit human services organization located in North Casper. Our mission is to support single-parent families on their journey toward independence. We are a self-sufficiency program serving families who live here with their children on the property in individual single-family apartments. Seton House staff strive to maintain positive, collaborative relationships inside and outside the organization with program participants and partnering agencies. Seton House is seeking a motivated and organized individual who can work independently, making decisions best for the organization within the parameters of safety and security. We are a small organization, and we are looking for the right person to join our team with a positive attitude and a desire to serve others without judgement. Primary Responsibilities:
The daily work duties will include all aspects of program support for 22 apartments, storage buildings, parking lots, vehicles, donations, furnishings, appliances, indoors and outdoors.
The qualified applicant will need to be able to lift 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license. Applicants with felony convictions are welcome to apply, however violent offences or sexual offenses will not be considered. Seton House will conduct a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Must have a clean driving record/able and willing to drive a pickup truck towing a trailer. Please plan to provide a clean DMV report–must be insurable for auto.
Seton House employees must work within confidentiality and maintain a professional relationship with program participants at all times.
The ideal candidate will eventually create a comprehensive long-term maintenance plan for the program and property.
