Converse County Aging Services (CCAS) is a community-focused organization dedicated to supporting the independence, dignity, and well-being of older adults across Converse County.

We provide programs, resources, and social connections that help seniors stay active, engaged, and supported in their daily lives. Our centers are more than buildings—they are hubs of connection, trust, and community.

We’re seeking a compassionate, energetic Site Manager to lead our Glenrock Senior Center and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support staff with a positive, team-focused leadership style
  • Oversee daily operations of the Douglas Senior Center
  • Create a welcoming, respectful, and engaging environment for seniors
  • Build strong relationships with older adults and the community
  • Plan and coordinate programs, and events that promote connection and well-being as needed
  • Communicate regularly with the Executive Director and leadership team
  • Support outreach efforts including community engagement, and local communication
  • Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and organizational processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with the senior population
  • Experience in management, senior services, human services, or nonprofit leadership preferred
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable
  • Comfortable with basic technology, communication tools, and administrative tasks

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to assist with light cleaning tasks as needed
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability for events or trainings
