Administration Specialist

Part-time
Salary: $25.00 Hourly

Hours/Rate 

  • 15 to 30 hours per week
    • Guaranteed 15 hours 
    • Open to flexing hours 
  • $25.00/hour

Task and Duties for this Position

  • 60% working on programming/projects 
  • 40% working on project/programming grants 
  • Monitoring email/phone 
  • Meeting with city and county partners 
  • Program planning/execution
  • Post event reports 
  • Grant writing for projects/programming 
  • Project planning/execution
  • Administering public art calls
    • Writing requests for qualifications and requests for proposals
    • Answer questions regarding the project
    • Lead a jury through the adjudicating process 
  • Familiarize with local revenue streams - what they can be used for and when 
  • Monthly board reports
  • This position reports to the Chair of LPAC

Required tools for this Position

  • The Laramie Public Art Coalition will provide a phone and a laptop

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Previous professional work experience 

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous non-profit work experience 
  • Grant Writing Experience 
  • Google Suite experience 
  • Active and engaged with non-profit, public art, and the Albany County art community 
  • Previous professional work experience in an office setting 

 

Location

  • Hybrid schedule with in person meetings expected occasionally 
  • Albany county
