Floating Assistant Teacher

Montessori Assistants follow their lead guide and care directly for the class environment and children. Work in many classrooms depending on the needs of the facility, including Toddler (1-3), Primary (3-6), or Elementary (6-12) groups. 4-day work week with a rotating day-off. PTO, paid holidays, free telehealth!

Montessori Certification assistance is also available for those interested in becoming a lead guide.

Qualifications: Age 18+, High School Diploma or equivalent
