The Program Coordinator is responsible for creating an environment of support that enables the missions of the Olivia Caldwell Foundation to be successful. The program coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including donor database management, data entry, issuing donation receipts, inventory management, event coordination, some fundraising, and assisting with office management. Reporting directly to the CEO, the program coordinator performs the following functions in brief:

  • Maintain accurate and useful data using our donor management system
  • Perform data entry
  • Coordinates OCF Volunteer Program
  • Provide support for our programs, including our Pediatric Specialty Clinic & Whole Family Support Programs
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Assist staff with minor IT issues
  • Keep logs of all OCF inventory and fundraising materials
  • Issue donation receipts promptly
  • Assist with monthly invoice preparation
  • Some office management duties, including supply management, and general office management support for the CEO
  • Some fundraising, including assisting with event coordination and securing sponsorships, in-kind donations and auction items for events
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills

JOB LOCATION

  • Casper, WY

POSITION TYPE

Full-Time, 36 hours per week on average

Salary, $50-55,000 per year DOE

M-F with occasional weekends and after hours
