Job type: Full-time, Salaried

Hiring range: $64,000 - $68,000 per/yr.

Location: Laramie, WY

Lead with purpose: Ark Regional Services is an innovative, mission-driven, person-centered provider of supports and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Director of Residential Services is a strategic leader who oversees a variety of residential programs (Group Homes, Independent Living, and Health Services) while leading an established team and ensuring the highest standards of care.  

What you will do: 

• Lead a high-performing team of Residential Managers, Health Services staff, Residential Support Specialists, and dedicated DSPs through mentoring, coaching, and building a positive and collaborative culture. 
• Join a Leadership Team with decades of experience, a commitment to ethical best practices, and a values-driven, supportive approach to leadership.
• Bring a person-centered, forward-thinking mindset to every residential plan, meeting, and initiative.
• Ensure individuals receive comprehensive support, community healthcare, transportation, and everything they need to live the life they want and deserve.     

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• 2+ years of management experience
• Current driver's license with a motor vehicle record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• An understanding of HCBS Waivers, Wyoming regulations, and person-centered planning, or a willingness to learn
• A desire to work with multiple team members, including case managers, guardians, healthcare providers, employers, and a dynamic, innovative education-based day program. 
• A passion for promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion for people with disabilities.
