The Transition Specialist empowers families of children and youth with disabilities by providing support on: IEPs, Section 504, and IDEA rights, building community partnerships, facilitating workshops, leading support groups and representing PIC, all in a flexible, primarily home-based role with opportunities to make a lasting impact.
