Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner

Northwest Health Care is a community-based Title X family planning clinic committed to providing affordable, judgment-free reproductive health services across Northwest Wyoming. We are currently seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team. This position plays a key clinical leadership role and focuses on delivering comprehensive care including contraceptive services, STI testing and treatment, cancer screenings, and patient education. The ideal candidate will value equitable access to care and be passionate about advancing reproductive health in a nonprofit, public health setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed as an NP (FNP or WHNP) or PA in Wyoming (Required)
• 1+ year experience in reproductive health or primary care (Preferred)
• Registered or registry-eligible with DEA
• Title X or public health experience a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
