Program Manager

 

Position: Program Manager

Location: Casper, WY

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of direct support professionals and other staff

• Oversee the delivery of individualized services and programs aligned with person-centered plans

• Ensure the monthly medication cycle is delivered, distributed to residential sites and all related paperwork is correct.

• Monitor program performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and positive outcomes

• Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and team development

• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and administrative reporting

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid Waiver requirements and CARF accredidation

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of relevant state regulations and person-centered practices

• Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and professionalism
