Community Services Director

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Community Services to oversee a dynamic team providing support to people with disabilities. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of 40 staff members in Casper, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering an inclusive and supportive community. The Director will be responsible for program development, team management, budgeting and strategic planning. This position requires at least 5 years of management experience. You must be able to pass a Background check, pre-employment and random drug screen testing and have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations.
