- Previous Legislators: Former state or local legislators who understand the political landscape and can help guide our advocacy efforts.
- Healthcare Professionals: Individuals with backgrounds in healthcare administration, public health, or direct patient care, especially those with experience working with Medicaid populations.
- Physicians: Medical professionals who can offer clinical insights into healthcare access and the impact of Medicaid expansion on patient outcomes.

Additional Priorities:
- We strongly encourage applications from individuals who are from underrepresented racial, ethnic, and gender backgrounds, including Black, Latino/a, Native American, and other minority groups.
- We welcome younger professionals (Millennials, Gen Z) and those passionate about healthcare reform and community advocacy.
