Join one of Wyoming’s most innovative nonprofits as the Statewide Grants Coordinator. This position will collaborate with our Advancement Team to identify funding opportunities, write and manage grant proposals and reports, and support annual appeals and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong project management and writing skills. You’ll have a vital role securing grants that help families find success, reach self-sufficiency, and break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING

Climb Wyoming’s mission is to help low-income single mothers discover self- sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families reach self-sufficiency, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years grant writing experience; government grant experience a plus
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Office 365

  • Reports to the Statewide Grants and Campaign Director
  • Full-time, $60k-75k salary with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
  • Prefer this position to be in the Teton Area, Laramie, or Cheyenne; open to candidates from other Climb site locations
