Director of Advancement Services & Engagement

The Director of Advancement Services & Engagement is responsible for prospect identification, qualification, assignment, data management, and research and overall responsibility for the prospect management system. Utilizing a systems approach, this position is also charged with developing and managing an engagement/communication plan for CWC alumni, parents, and other critical friends of the College and in turn building out the annual giving fundraising efforts of the CWC Foundation. This position is a key partner in, and provides oversight of, the business operations of the Foundation, including marketing, gift processing, financial management, and stewardship of gifts.
